Keep your board in a dry, safe place. After each use, wash with warm soapy water. Never submerge your board in water. (Please do NOT put it in the dishwasher)  Dry well. Every 5 to 8 uses, wipe down with Mineral Oil. Make sure it's a "Food Safe" Mineral Oil. I use “BOOS BLOCK Mystery Oil” (See pic) Then rub it with a cotton rag. If your Nomini board loses its feel, you can hand-sand it with a 400-grit square. It will renew the grain and then follow up with mineral oil. Enjoy!!
