Keep your board in a dry, safe place. After each use, wash with warm soapy water. Never submerge your board in water. Dry well. Every 5 to 8 uses, wipe down with Mineral Oil. Make sure it's a "Food Safe" Mineral Oil. I use, “BOOS Mystery Oil” (See pic) To keep that smooth feel on your board, buff with a cotton rag. Enjoy!!
